The first part of this course covers the basics of real estate such as property law, land descriptions and Measurements, land use, and management of real estate. The second part focuses on the different aspects of real estate finance and investment. These include financing instruments, mortgage types, mortgage markets, sources of mortgage funds, and loan underwriting. |
