This course develops understanding of managerial accounting concepts, systems, as well as their applications for making operational and capital decisions, whereas as the course provides the different approaches to study managerial accounting, budgeting, variances analysis using budgets and standard costs, valuation of capital proposals, performance evaluation, transfer pricing, and utilizing accounting information in the decision making process |
