Course Description |
The course aims at defining the nature and role of the strategic planning process in marketing and the relationships between strategic marketing planning and strategic corporate planning. The cours e includes a detailed study of the interaction between the elements of the strategic corporate plan and the elements of the strategic marketing plan, formation of the strategic marketing plan and the formulation of the plans of the elements of the marketing mix. The control techniques and procedures associated with the strategic marketing plan are also examined. The case method is essential teaching technique. |
