Course Description

This course addresses theories and techniques in the area of consumer behavior with emphasis on the inter - disciplinary nature of the course. In particular, attention is given to the application of cultural, social, and psychological concepts to the behavior of consumers in the marketplace with implications for marketing strategy. Behavioral models of consumer decision making are presented and discussed.  Individual and group exercises and case analyses are utilized to demonstrate course concepts.
