Course Description |
The objective of this is to provide an understanding for business combination and related accounting processes, specially understanding the accounting for business combination resulting in merger or controlling interests requiring consolidation of financial statements. In addition, the course provides an understanding of accounting for branches and foreign currencies transactions, and accounting principles for partnerships. |
