Course Description The main objective of this course is to introduce the fundamentals of programming especially the object-oriented program design and development. Visual object oriented language, C#, is used to introduce the development of interactive applications (GUI) in the business environment. Topics covered include: introduction to programming, algorithms, data types, operators, assignment, classes, objects declaration, relational and logical operators, conditional statements, loop statements, object oriented principals, encapsulation and information hiding, methods and the message passing principals, passing parameters, arrays and operations on arrays. For practical applications, there will be a set of laboratory experiments provide hands-on exercise in related topic.
