Introduction:

An administrative unit under the supervision of the Dean of the College and located at the first level of the organizational structure of the College and is concerned with linking the College with the Department of Public Relations and Media at the university and contributing to the organization, coverage and documentation of events held by the College.

Objectives:

- Highlighting the role played by the Deanship of the College, academic departments and administrative units in the media. 

- Contribute to the organization of events and provide the necessary services for their success. 

- Documenting events and events in the college. 

Tasks:

 - Follow up the organization of events and events, secure media materials and provide the necessary services for their success.

 Photographing, documenting and archiving the activities of the college. - 

Coverage of visits by officials and official delegations. -

  Providing the university's message with the news of the college and its employees. -

Communicate with the Department of Public Relations and Media at the university. -

- Communicate with the Deanship of Electronic Transactions to publish advertisements on media screens

- Monitoring what is published about the college in the media inside and outside the university.

- Make the necessary designs for the events and occasions that the unit participates in organizing. 

Follow-up billboards in the college facilities. -

-Publishing the news and events of the college on the college's website.
