Activity Objectives

Defining the clubs affiliated with the CBA, especially the management club.

Help the freshman students in CBA understand the concept of student clubs, how to attend and participate in events.

Define previous accomplishments of the club.

Procedures of The Activity

Communications and agreements have been made between the different clubs of CBA regarding the activity.

A meeting was conducted with the concerned participants of the management club to clarify the scope of the activity.

The representative members were chosen.

The vision and mission of the club and other important identifying information were prepared.

The club plan was presented and it’s intended activities and training courses.

The club members made handmade brochures.

Comments and Recommendations of The Activity Supervisor

The activity was not conducted as planned duo to the electric spark witch decreased the number of visitors.

The information  we presented was new to some of the visitors.
