Procedures of The Activity |

Hold the first meeting and distribute the tasks. |

Select the leaders and members of the activity and define the action plan. |

Agree on the activity goals, and the implementation process. |

Each team started working on his responsibilities, such as: decor, content, distributions and others. |

Send the equipment borrowing letters and place the advertisements on the screens. |

Create a table that contains of the activity speakers, organizers and the times they chose to be present in. |

Prepare the invitations, print advertisements and the distributions. |
