Course Description
|
This course provides explanation of the nature and components of the legal environment of business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The course focuses on the legal aspects of individual and business transactions and covers the following topics: contracts, agency, laws of employment, securities, personal, real-estate, and intellectual property, e-commerce, the environment, and rights of creditors and debtors, the legal rules regulating products, marketing, and advertising, and the responsibility of the producer towards the consumer.
