This subject includes the international and cultural dimensions of the theory and practice in managing human resources. This will be by showing the differences in managing the human resources through the various cultures. This subject focuses, mainly, on comparing the application of the human resources management system in Saudi Arabia, European countries, the north of America, the countries of south eastern Asia and Japan. In addition to that it discusses the impact of Globalization, the Philosophy of human resources' management policy in the other countries.
