Announcement For Faculty Positions In Business Administration

King Saud University (KSU) is an internationally recognized institution of higher education that emphasizes excellence in teaching and research with over 3 thousand faculty members and over 60 thousand students. The College of Business Administration (CBA) is one of the largest colleges with over 6000 students. CBA offers undergraduate programs in Management, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, and Economics.  It also offers graduate programs leading to the MBA, MBus, MPA, MHA, Ms in Economics, Ms in Accounting, Ph.D. in Business, and PhD in PA.  The Ph.D. programs are the first doctoral programs in business and Public Administration in the Arabian Peninsula.

 

Positions

 

COBA is seeking both female and male applicants for the positions of Associate and Full Professor to fill immediate positions in all business disciplines, with priority in the following majors: Management (OB, Operations Management, HRM, Legal Environment of Business, Strategic Management), MIS, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Quantitative Analysis, and Public Administration.

 

Qualifications

 

The successful candidate must be fluent in English, hold a Ph.D. degree in a relevant area from an accredited business school, and has proven research record.

 

Salary and Benefits

 

KSU salary and benefits package includes: salary based on qualifications and experience, local transportation allowance, round-trip air tickets to Riyadh for the instructor and up to three of his/her dependents, moving allowance (for first timers), housing allowance, free medical care at KSU teaching hospitals, access to recreation facilities, two-month paid summer vacation, and end-of service benefits.  Subject to University policy, the appointment may include the following additional benefit: share in the tuition fees for school-age dependent children enrolled in local schools (with limits).
