This subject aims at familiarizing the student with the theories, the issues and the methods of administration and strategic planning. It focuses mainly on examining the external environment and evaluating the internal one for Organizations and the methods for prediction and future research, the analysis methods of the organizational culture, methods of stating the objectives, and how to establish, prepare and implement the strategies and the contemporary issues in Administration and the strategic planning.
