Procedures of The Activity |

1 |
Hold the first meeting and distribute the tasks. |
2 |
Select the leaders and members of the activity and define the action plan. |
3 |
Agree on the activity goals, and the implementation process. |
4 |
Each team started working on his responsibilities, such as: decor, content, distributions and others. |
5 |
Search for and communicate with the activity sponsors. |
6 |
Prepare the activity permits and sponsors letters if needed. |
7 |
Create a table that contains of the activity speakers, organizers and the times they chose to be present in. |
8 |
Implement the activity. |

The group was very helpful, passionate and excited for achieving the work, which lead to making the work more fun, despite all the difficulties that we faced such as staying a bit late in the university to finish work. |
