Course Description |

It also covers the "hard" technical components of computer tools and technology for managing knowledge, in addition to the "soft" management needs and challenges in leveraging knowledge effectively within an organization. Critically it evaluates the nature of knowledge creation, access & sharing, and utilization of knowledge versus information within a human context. Essential preparation for knowledge management infrastructure; K. worker, K. culture, and K. technology alike in today's modern knowledge-based economy will be undertaken. |
