This course focuses on the principle and foundation concepts of organizational theory from both the theoretical and empirical viewpoints

The overall objectives of this course :

  • Provide the student with contemporary treatment for organizational effectiveness

 

  • Get the student acquainted with Organizational theories and Organizational design. 

 

  • Get the student aware of the historical development of Organizational thought.

 

  • Upgrade the analytical abilities of the students.
