Steps to register in cooperative training
Phase 1 (Preliminary Registration)
The start of the initial registration for the cooperative training program shall be announced during the sixth or seventh week of each semester preceding the graduation semester, so:
Students who are entitled to cooperative training must enter the following electronic link of the Cooperative Training Platform as of March 2, 2025 for a period of 7 weeks
Phase II (Electronic Registration)
After confirming the eligibility of the registrants and accepting the application through the platform, it is carried out by the Cooperative Training Unit, after which the electronic registration procedures are completed as follows:
Students can get a letter to be submitted to the training bodies through the following electronic link Request Electronic Letters.
On the internal page of speeches, dates are requested "
"The links of issuing external letters to the entities will be activated as of April 20, 2025"
Selecting one of the training bodies announced at the beginning of each week as of May 1, 2025 through the electronic link of the cooperative training platform.
The third stage (final acceptance)
Students will raise the final admission obtained as of June 15-2025 through the following link Cooperative Training Platform
The last day to raise the final acceptance will be on August 21, 2025, and then the link to raise acceptance is closed from the platform, the cooperative training platform
In the first week of the semester, students deliver the rest of the forms to the entities described in each form.
Students will be trained during the next semester starting from August 31, 2025 until December 18, 2025
