Activity Objectives:

1- Giving visitors briefly reviews about some companies that care for their workers.

2- Spreading awareness about how to choose the best work environment.

3- Knowing more about Self awareness.

4- Learning about managing time, goals, stress, teams and conflict.

5- How to motivate yourself others.

6- Collecting reviews from visitors about the club in general and especially this event.

Procedures of Activity:

1- Setting the date and time.

2- Electing group leaders and subjects in details.

3- Using managerial skill course as a guideline and source of information.

4- Setting the first meeting.

5- Active work during 2 weeks constantly.

Comments and Recommendations:

- some procedures are tough.

- A lot of visitors due to one day.

- Positive feedback from KSU faculty members.
