Number of beneficiaries: 300 students (150 for each day)

Number of people who work on that event: 12 (6 for each day)

Time: from 1 to 8 o’clock

Goals of this event:

1. Introduce the club and its mission , vision , goals and how the club will achieve them
2. The importance of participation in university clubs and how it influence on the students by giving successful examples of the club members
3. Encouraging and focusing on the new students on what enhance their CV’s

Details of what been done:

1. Give the audience bookmark with inspiring quotes
2. Cooperating with the designer to create calendar and print it for the students
3. Preparing favors that show the activities of the clubs in business administration college.
